You can delete your Land Fortune account from inside the app. This page is the public explanation of that step. It is not linked from the shop homepage.
In the app
- Open Land Fortune and sign in.
- Go to Account, then Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Deletion signs you out. Your name, phone number, and email are removed from the account so it cannot be used to sign in again. The phone number can be used to register a new account later.
What we keep
Order and payment records may be kept without your name, phone, and email where we need them for accounting, delivery disputes, or the law. See the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot open the app
Email info@landfortune.co.zw from the address on the account, or include the phone number you registered with, and ask us to delete the account.
